WHAT A TRAINING SESSION LOOKS LIKE

60 minutes. A clear focus.

01

Warm up

Movement and ball work to prepare for the session.

02

Learn & practise

A skill taught in small steps, with feedback and pressure added when ready.

03

Apply it

Coached play or a game that rewards the skill just practised.

04

Take it home

A short review and one focused home task, usually 5–10 minutes.

Training groups are matched by age and ability. School holiday camps have their own two-day format.

PARENT QUESTIONS

A few things to know.

Which age groups can train?

U12, U14, U16 and U18. Groups take account of ability as well as age, so a player is matched to suitable work and pressure.

What is the difference between Fundamentals, Skills and Execute?

Fundamentals covers the basics. Skills sessions focus on a selected specialty. Execute is our Game Lab, where players apply the work through team movement, reads and coached play.

Can we choose a focus?

Yes. Request a Fundamentals focus such as footwork, passing or finishing, or choose one of the six Skills specialties. Available sessions depend on demand, group suitability and court access.

How long is training?

Standard training sessions run for 60 minutes. School holiday camps run over two days, with four hours each day.

How do we book one-on-one coaching?

Send a request through the enquiry form with your player’s age group, training focus and availability. We confirm a suitable time, venue and fee before the session is booked.

What happens after the session?

Players receive one focused home task, usually 5–10 minutes, to practise between sessions.

Are sessions and venues confirmed?

The timetable and locations are proposed until court hire is confirmed. Fees and suitable sessions are supplied before paid bookings open.

Does an enquiry or shortlist reserve a place?

No. It records your interest and preferences. We confirm availability, suitability and booking details with you separately.
